I’m Jaynie McGrath, an Oncology nurse and certified health coach who loves talking all things holistic care and health trends, while helping you live vibrantly as the best version of yourself.

In my opinion food is so much more than the physical ingredients on your plate. It is nostalgic, healing, spiritual, life-giving, comforting, adventurous, and community building. But, as a health coach I understand that it can also be a source of frustration and confusion for a lot of people. With all the contradictory information floating around it is no wonder that fueling your body has become stressful and anxiety provoking. It is my sincerest hope that I can change this narrative and empower you to make small, sustainable changes with huge impact.
