So How Does It Work?

  • The first step is to fill out a detailed health history form which we will review in a 50 minute conversation (either in person or via Skype). This is how I learn about your life and where you’re at now.
  • I develop a personalized plan that you can easily integrate in your life. Are you constantly on the go? Do you avoid the kitchen at all costs? Can’t imagine a life without wine and chocolate? I hear you, I get you, and I am here for you!
  • We will talk in person or via Skype every two weeks. This is our time to catch up and strategize for the upcoming weeks. This is where we dig deep and the magic happens. Have a random question or need some encouragement? I am always available via email.
  • The first couple of sessions focus on education and then we transition to the emotional and mental aspects of food. This will be a transformative experience, and I’m with you every step of the way.
